The Cao dẻo religion (Caodaism) is unique to southern Vietnam & was established in 1926, this temple was built by the French around that time. It’s something completely different & rather mysterious. Cao dẻo blends Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism, Confucianism, & Islam. It is the 3rd largest religion in Vietnam và the temple you will visit is absolutely stunning.
Depart Ho bỏ ra Minh thành phố at 08:30 in the morning for Tay Ninh. Leaving the đô thị behind, the scenery changes khổng lồ views of rice paddies, villagers drying noodles by the side of the road and other scenes typical to southern Vietnam. At Tay Ninh, visit the Cao dẻo Great Temple, with architecture that could have come straight from a Walt Disney fantasy & where all the major faiths of the world blend together in a quality religious mosaic.
13:00: Head to lớn the Cu chi regions, where you will visit the vast underground network of tunnels built first as a defence against the French, and later expanded during the American war.

It was from here that the North Vietnamese waged their guerrilla warfare and you will marvel at their ingenuity và resilience. See secret trapdoors, underground kitchens, living areas và meeting rooms. The more adventurous may explore the deeper second, and even third level tunnels. For those preferring to remain above ground, there is ample opportunity lớn view excavated areas from above. Your guide will advise you of the length & level of difficulty of each tunnel before entering - some are easily accessed by stairs. We recommend good walking shoes và sun protection for this tour & advise you may get a little dirty!
