Stayed there for a family trip in Hanoi. Studio are comfortable and clean but a little bit small. Staff are very friendly & ready khổng lồ go beyond & help. Location is far from the main attractions of Hanoi, always need to take a taxi to lớn go around. 3d room also only until 17:00, after this time no more housekeeping service. Overall great but not convenient for an extended stay.

Very beautiful room, but a bit far from hanoi city, breakfast was good, all staff very good ⛔ but except when I want check in, the manager in oakwook name hanh, make my check in hard, the reason have 1 kids she say want count as adult, after we argue & I complain she decide to lớn let me in, please teach your staff manager name hanh. Just that make me dissapointed when I stay there.

My family have wonderful moments at the hotel. We really like the indoor swimming pool which is warm & deep enough for my 2-year-old twins lớn play and learn khổng lồ swim. Besides we also appreciate the staff friendliness & professionalism.
