Amazing base for discovering Hanoi. A private safe, central heating and an iron were provided. The venue is in the heart of the town. Really value for price, we would definitely come back here...

They had a pretty good breakfast for the price you pay. Khách sạn rooms were very clean and came with two pairs of rubber flip flops. Hotel staff were EXCELLENT. Immediately upon check-in, they presented us with a bản đồ of Hanoi và circled on it, places of interest, good restaurants, etc. Everything was done with a smile on their faces. It was fantastic. Room design và layout was also very good for the price I paid. There were fruits provided in the room when you kiểm tra in. Showers were fantastic as well. Laundry was also reasonably priced và very well done. Doors used the flash thẻ system so no keys were involved. Very convenient. Had room service one night for dinner, and the food was amazing. In short, my stay there was perfect.

We stayed at the Rising long Villa for 3 nights on our way to lớn Paris. Apart from the fact we trade-union.com.vn a family room which was not available when we arrived our stay was great. Location was excellent for the old quarter shopping and markets. Staff were very helpful & spoke English well which seemed rare in Hanoi!
The rooms are quite small. As we were travelling on lớn Europe with three young children we were jam packed in. The photos on the website make the rooms appear larger than they are.

Great place to stay with a nice atmosphere và very helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast and located in the center.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast wwas good & the rooms clean and nicely decorated. Very good shower. All in all a luxury offer for money spent

Brilliant location in the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance to almost all main attractions in Hanoi. The Staff were excellent and friendly. Loved our stay & would definitely stay there again the next time we go lớn Hanoi
Food was soewhat average, but that really wasn't a problem as there were many good inexpensive reataurants nearby.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, very eager to please. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and we got a không lấy phí upgrade in our room when we arrived.
Smell i the khách sạn . Food smell in common areas / hallways. Bathroom smells due to high humidity / mold . Needs to lớn be properly dried up. Otherwise khách sạn is fine
Friendly & efficient service.
Stayed in Room 205 but it was without window. We were earlier shown a family suite in your new block floor in 4th floor - acceptable view of main road with plenty of sunshine. Unfortunately, the bathrooms door were poorly designed as it was not completely 'frosted' ie the bathroom/toilet can be view / seen from outside. Aren't it suppose to lớn be family suite? It would have been lãng mạn for a couple on holiday but not with your chirdren seeing you taking your shower!! Its a pity, otherwise it would be a perfect room for a family.
You can always visit one of the highly rated landmarks, the grand classical music hall "Opera House", placed 1 miles away from the Rising Dragon. Other sights that are worth your while are Temple Of Literature (1.1 miles) as well as the President Ho đưa ra Minh Mausoleum (1.2 miles).
